Feel The Funk

We all have stuff that we’d rather not feel. We all have those old, chronic patterns of thought, belief and expectation that take the wind out of our sails. There is this topsy-turvy idea that somehow that if we just focus on the happy, positive, stuff that the other stuff will just magically transform. While a positive outlook and positive expectations are absolutely necessary for a successful life, sometimes we are called to feel our way through the funky stuff to heal it. Once we acknowledge and feel it, it immediately begins to heal. So let yourself feel the funk so you can then begin to create something new!
