May Energy Update: Don’t Retreat, Don’t Contract. Stand and Expand

The old ways of going into fear and contracting or defending don’t work anymore. Spirit has shown us very clearly through the past week that in order to grow, expand and CREATE the new we must move in the direction of our discomfort. Cross the threshold of your comfort zone and embrace the fear and doubt that are presenting themselves to you.

As a Divine Spark, what could you possibly have to fear?

The Alchemy of Now teaches us that what we have in front of us is the gift we need to create the new. The only way to access the gift is to sit with it and allow it to reveal itself to you. There’s no way that can happen if you retreat in fear.
