Trust the Process

Chaos and destruction are not evidence that you’ve done something wrong. They are merely part of the ancient cycles that govern all things. Just like the phoenix dies and is reborn, so too must we allow the things we no longer require to fall apart. There is no death or ending, there is only transformation.

Cycles of decay are necessary for the health of all things. The forest fire rages through the trees, consuming all of the dead underbrush so that the new seeds which are released through the initiation of fire can germinate and take root. Contraction follows expansion. The ebb is the partner with the flow. The exhale makes room for the oxygen rich inhale.

We are in the midst of a galactic transformation unlike any other in history. The fact that so many things seem to be falling apart is a good thing. It is evidence of the arrival of the new. As my Granny used to say: “Gold is refined through terrific heat”.

So let it go, let it burn, let it crumble and fall. Trust the process and allow yourself to open to a higher level of awareness. A higher level of being awaits. Allow the dissolution of the old so you can begin to build the new. Know that you are held and carried by the same cycles of life and that you too will be reborn.
