Man, July was a crazy month! I don’t even know how to put it into words. August is going to keep pushing us to find our connection to ourselves. The connection to our True Self…not the limited view of the false self. How do we stay in our truth and our connection when so much seems to be up in the air? There’s a simple way to gauge: as long as you can find yourself within any situation, you’re golden. The minute you start to lose yourself is when it’s best to stop, take a beat, and find it again.
