July has been energetically intense to say the least! We are being lovingly invited to dig deeper to feel, heal and release all within us that is not built on Love. We can no longer hide from the things within us that are longing to be healed. The purification process is getting more and more intense and the discomfort or pain we may feel is letting us know where we need to focus our loving intention. We must feel it to heal it and then let it go! Practicing love and compassion for ourselves no matter where we are is the key to smoothing out the edges. It may not be easy to face the lower aspects of ourselves, but eventually we must face it.
